The Registry’s mission is to facilitate the delivery of the HSMC’s mission in its pursuit of excellence in teaching, research and community engagement by providing high quality administrative support. It is committed to maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and privacy of student records; to facilitating students’ learning experience from enrolment through to award conferral, and to working collaboratively with academic departments and other supporting units to ensure an integrated approach to student servicing across HSMC.
The Registry consists of four units. They are: 1) Academic Regulations Unit, 2) Admission, Academic Records and Registration Unit, 3) Graduate Studies Unit, and 4) Programme Development & Quality Assurance Unit. In addition, the Registry also provides secretarial support to Academic Board and its standing committees such as Admissions Committee, Academic Planning and Development Committee, College Examinations and Assessment Committee, Graduate Studies Committee and College Student Disciplinary Committee.
