Upload Supporting Documents
Please upload the following supporting documents onto the HSMC Online Application System:
- Passport-size photo
- Copy of Travel Document / Identity Certificate (e.g. Passport)
- Copy of High School reports
- Copy of International Examination result slip
- Copy of other academic qualification certificates, e.g. IELTS report
- Copy of English language proficiency result slip
Original copies may be required for HSMC’s verification in the future. If the submitted information is found unauthentic, your admission status and registration qualification will be ceased with immediate effect.
Settle Application Fee
You are required to pay the application fee within 14 days (HK$100 (Local Applicant) / HK$200 (Non-local applicant) per programme). If you fail to pay the application fee on or before the deadline, your application will be regarded as withdrawal.
Applicants can login onto the HSMC Online Application System to check their payment record or download payment receipts.
Written test and/or Interview
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for written test and/or interview via email and SMS. In case you are invited for written test and/or interview in Hong Kong, no visa application or accommodation arrangements will be provided by HSMC. Applicants should make your own arrangement prior to arrival.
Please provide us with your latest academic qualifications by uploading onto the HSMC Online Application System upon receipt at your earliest convenience.
If you are given an offer, you are required to confirm your acceptance by paying the deposit of HK$5,000 (Local Applicant) / HK$6,000 (Non-local Applicant) which will be regarded as part of the tuition fee. If you fail to pay the deposit before the deadline, your offer will lapse with immediate effect. All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
